Our Story
Middle Ground started with a question I couldn’t ignore:
why does working as a parent feel like choosing between two worlds?
Like so many parents, I found myself working from home taking calls during nap time, answering emails between snacks, and constantly shifting between focus and care. Some days felt isolating. Others felt overwhelming. Most felt like both.
I started looking for a space that supported both parts of life - work and parenting, without forcing one to come at the expense of the other. It didn’t exist in my neighborhood.
So I decided to build it.
Middle Ground is a space designed for parents who need flexibility, community, and support. Where work, play, and connection can coexist in a way that actually feels sustainable.
As a licensed architect, I have always believed that space shapes behavior. With Middle Ground, I am creating something intentional. Designed not just for productivity, but for real life.
We’re currently building this alongside our founding families, shaping the space together from the ground up.
